Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Where an account is closed without cause by vip16 (i.e., not as a result of a player's breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days of account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
